FULL PRICE ITEMS

We want you to love shopping with Clever Ain't Wise! If for any reason you are unhappy with your full price purchase (including purchases made with a discount code), we will gladly exchange the item or provide a credit note.

Items must be returned within 28 days of purchase with all tags attached to be valid for an exchange.

In accordance with your consumer statutory rights, any item that is deemed faulty will be replaced. If the item is unable to be replaced, a refund will issued. 

Please note that while we endeavour to fulfil all orders, due to high order volume we may occasionally sell out of the item before the order is packed. In this case, an exchange, credit note or refund will be offered.

SALE ITEMS

All sale items, as well as full priced swimwear and hosiery, are able to be exchanged or issued a credit note within 14 days of purchase. Please choose carefully.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Please contact us at [email protected] to request a Return Authorisation number. Please note, we will not accept returns without a RA, and these will be shipped back at the customers own expense.

Please also note that we do not accept return packages at our store - these will be also be shipped back at the customers own expense.
